Bush and Gables is situated in Marloth Park and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tranquil, well-appointed bush veld lodge where guests can enjoy lovely views from the thatched deck. It is set in a natural bush veld environment where animals roam free, guests can enjoy a true bush veld experience with a touch of luxury.

Accommodation comprises 4 units and can accommodate 8 guests. Each unit features air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a sleeper couch on the loft area that can sleep an extra 2 guests. Guests have access to braai facilities, a comfortable lounge and upstairs library offer relaxation, while the small pool provides refreshment on those hot summer days.

Guests can experience the ambiance of the bush veld and enjoy the sounds of Hippo, Hyena, Lion, and other bush veld creatures. The deck also overlooks the trees, as well as its very own watering hole, frequently visited by a variety of game.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy:

100% of the booking deposit will be paid back should you cancel 60 days and more before the arrival date.

50% of booking deposit will be paid back should you cancel 30 days before arrival date

0% of TOTAL BOOKING amount will be paid back should you cancel 14 days before arrival date

Other Rules 1. Marloth Park is a nature reservation area. Animals always have right of way and should not be disturbed in any way,
or fed.
2. Please be aware that there are animals around that are potentially dangerous to you and your children. If you
happen to see any spiders, snakes or scorpions, please do not disturb or threaten them in any way as they may retaliate
and cause nasty stings or bites. Larger animals including warthog and zebra may look friendly and approach you, but
they remain wild animals and should be treated as potentially dangerous.
3. Keys to be collected from management at the Property and return to management on departure. Lost keys will be
charged for.
4. Due to monkeys, garbage must be removed when you vacate. Garbage bin (cage) located at entrance to property.
5. SEPTIC TANK - No foreign objects/matter please. No Jik/Handy Andy etc. - Use only the cleaning materials provided.
6. No paraffin lanterns or open flames permitted on decks.
7. Monkeys are cute, but if they get the opportunity to enter the house, they will cause damage. Please ensure to close
all doors and windows securely when you leave the house for a walk or drive. You will be held responsible for damage
caused by monkeys.
8. Please respect your neighbors and other visitors to the Park by not playing loud music or making unnecessary
noise. Field Security will remove unruly guests. No refunds will be made.
9. No littering is permitted, if monkeys get into garbage, it is the guests’ responsibility to remove all litter/garbage.
10. No removing of wood from the veld for fire wood, twigs, etc. (This is illegal and subject to a fine).
11. Strictly NO SMOKING in house.
12. Linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please do not leave wet towels on the floor.
13. The use of decks, stairs and swimming pool is strictly at OWN RISK.
